Tarot Reading for Becoming

Tarot offers us a way to connect with our day-to-day and our major life events. It holds our hand as we dig past the initial layer of the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves. It shares with us the things we know we know but don't want to know yet. It passes on the wisdom of the cyclical nature of all things. It reminds us that life is joyful and absurd and heartbreaking and all of those things all at once all the time.

Tarot reminds me to find meaning in the mundane. To dellight in the magic that surrounds us. And to uncover the hard truths to walk toward a brighter collective future. For you, me, and all of us.

  • Tarot is a deeply collaborative process. Tarot invites the reader, the inquirer, the cards, the moment, the symbols, and everything unique to that reading to build a story together. A reading cannot be duplicated. And a reading cannot exist just within a reader’s hands because the background you as the inquirer bring matters just as much.

I began reading tarot as a skeptic. I started using the cards as journal prompts. Over time, my relationships with the cards and with reading changed. Now tarot is an intrinsic part of my own spiritual practice.

But my approach to reading tarot does not require you to believe exactly what or how I do. My only ask is that you’re open to whatever we uncover together.

  • For Personalized Tarot Readings:

Both 50 minute and 30 minute tarot readings are conducted over video call. After you schedule, I will contact you to confirm your selected appointment time and platform. During the appointment you can be on or off-camera, whatever is most comfortable for you. You may have a single long reading or multiple shorter readings in one appointment time depending on what is going on for you. After your appointment, you will receive an email or text with notes from your reading as well as an RX based on your reading.

    For One Question Tarot Readings:

I will confirm your scheduled appointment time and your reading question. At your scheduled time, I will pull three cards to refer to your question and leave you texts or audio messages based on your reading.

  • Can tarot predict my future?

Yes and no! Everyone has different approaches to this but I personally don’t read tarot that can predict lottery numbers or how you’ll die. What tarot can do is lay out your options and their potential outcomes. If life is a choose your own adventure novel, tarot allows us to shuffle through the pages to course-correct in a direction that is more aligned with who we want to be and how we want to live.

Does the Death card mean I’m going to die? Are there bad cards I should be scared of?

Nope! I don’t believe in any inherently “good” or “bad” cards. Everything is contextual!

I was raised [enter the blank] religion that told me tarot is demonic. Is it?

Idk, you tell me! But for my fellow exvangelicals or anyone else who has been in a high-control religion— the deprogramming process is life-long and challenging. I am a trauma-informed tarot reader who specializes in reading for people with religious trauma. I would be honored to accompany you in exploring tarot at a pace and in a way that is safe for you.
